**The Creators Collective Terms and Conditions**

Welcome to The Creators Collective. We're excited to have you join our community of digital creators. Before you get started, please take a moment to read and understand the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The Creators Collective you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join The Creators Collective. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this eligibility criterion.
Content should align with the values of the The Creators Collective
The authenticity of the account and engagement rate will be calculated: engagement rate needs to above 5%
You must have an active engagement with local digital creators over the past one year
If your profile type was changed within the past year your application will be rejected(rejected applications will not be reconsidered)
3. Creator Content
a. Ownership: As a digital creator on our network, you retain ownership of the content you create and upload. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your photos & videos for the purposes of operating and promoting our vendors, sponsors and partners and the The Creators Collective and it’s partners.
b. Usage Rights: By joining our network, you grant other members the right to view, share, and interact with your content. Members are not permitted to download, reproduce, or use your content for commercial purposes without your explicit permission.
4. Marketing and Promotion
a. Platform Promotion: You agree that the The Creators Collective and it’s partners, may use your name, likeness, and content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media, press and advertisements.
b. Collaborations and Campaigns: From time to time, The Creators Collective, may present collaboration opportunities and marketing campaigns to you. Participation in such activities is optional, and you have the right to accept or decline these opportunities based on your preferences. The Creators Collective is will connect creators and brands but is not responsible for their actions or outcome. Creators are responsible for their content, and brands are responsible for ensuring compliance with laws. Creators and brands agree to indemnify the network against any claims arising from their partnership. The network is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
In case of non compliance, the Creators Collective can terminate your membership at any time, and the liability clause applies even after termination.
5. Code of Conduct
a. Respectful Behavior: You agree to treat other members of the Creators Collective, with respect. Harassment, hate speech, and any form of discrimination will not be tolerated and may lead to termination of your membership.
b. Compliance with Laws: Digital Creators must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when working with and for The Creators Collective. This includes but is not limited to, copyright laws, privacy laws, and any other relevant legislation.
6. Termination
All applications will be approved/denied on a case-by-case basis based on a fixed criteria, rejected applications will not be reconsidered
The Creators Collective, reserves the right to terminate your account and cancel your membership, with or without cause, at any time. You may also terminate your account by following the provided procedures.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to you through the platform or via email.
