By submitting payment, the Sponsor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Sponsorship Fee
The Sponsor agrees to pay a non-refundable sponsorship fee of $500 to secure their participation in the event. Payment must be received in full before sponsorship benefits are provided.
2. Sponsorship Benefits
In consideration of the sponsorship fee, the Sponsor will receive the following benefits:
• One complimentary event ticket
• Shoutouts on event promotions (social media, email, or other marketing channels)
• A verbal shoutout on the day of the event
• A dedicated feature post showcasing the Sponsor and their business on the Seattle Women Network’s social media platforms—only available to women-led businesses or female sponsors.
3. Sponsor Responsibilities
• Any promotional materials or content for the feature post must be submitted to the Organizer by the specified deadline.
• The Sponsor must comply with all event rules and venue regulations.
4. Marketing & Promotion
• Seattle Women’s Network reserves the right to determine the placement, timing, and format of all promotional materials.
• The Sponsor grants Seattle Women’s Network the right to use the Sponsor’s name, logo, and business details for event-related promotions.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• The sponsorship fee is non-refundable.
• If the event is canceled, the Sponsor will be notified, and alternative promotional opportunities may be provided at Seattle Women Network’s discretion.
6. Liability & Indemnification
• Seattle Women Network is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by the Sponsor, their staff, or their materials during the event.
• The Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seattle Women Network from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the event.
7. Agreement Acceptance
By submitting the sponsorship fee, the Sponsor acknowledges and agrees to the outlined terms in this T&C policy
